Refund Policy

Your purchase on our website is highly valued and appreciated by Moltres Innovations.

Refunds may be considered when attending the classes becomes impossible after the course fee has been paid.

When you wish to withdraw from the course within the first 7 days from the batch start date, you may submit a refund request.

Students attending classes for more than 7 days will not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–20 business working days. Applicable taxes and payment-processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Please include your full name, registered mobile number, course name, batch details and payment information.

Batch Change Policy

You may request a batch change before the workshop or training program begins. No additional batch-change fee will be charged. The request will be processed based on seat availability in the selected future batch.

Event Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that Moltres Innovations cancels a training program, workshop or event, the registered participant will receive a 100% refund of the eligible amount paid.
