Terms and Conditions

These terms govern enrollment, payments, attendance, learning, assessments, certification, placement assistance, acceptable use, and participation in the services provided by Moltres Innovations.

Effective Date: 1st June 2025

By enrolling in, accessing, or using any training program, learning platform, assessment platform, internship service, placement-support service, or related service provided by Moltres Innovations OPC Private Limited, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment and Registration

  • All students must complete the required enrollment and registration process before participating in any training program.
  • Students must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable except where specifically stated in our Refund Policy .

2. Payment Policies

  • Tuition fees and other applicable charges must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Full payment may be required before the commencement of the training program unless an installment arrangement has been approved in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods may include bank transfer, UPI, debit card, credit card, payment gateway, or other approved methods.
  • Students are responsible for providing correct billing and payment information.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Students are expected to attend scheduled classes, assessments, workshops, practical sessions, and placement activities on time.
  • Excessive absenteeism may affect course completion, certification, internship eligibility, placement assistance, or continuation in the program.
  • Repeated absence without valid communication may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Course Materials

  • Course materials are provided only for the enrolled student’s educational use.
  • Materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, published, sold, shared, distributed, or uploaded without prior written permission.
  • Access to digital learning materials may be limited to the applicable course or subscription period.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual-property rights relating to curriculum, training materials, videos, assessments, software, source code, branding, designs, and platform content remain the property of Moltres Innovations or the applicable rights holder.
  • Enrollment does not grant ownership or commercial rights over any content or software.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior toward trainers, staff, clients, interviewers, and fellow students.
  • Harassment, threats, abusive communication, discrimination, disruption, or misuse of institute facilities is prohibited.
  • Cheating, impersonation, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, sharing of assessment questions, or manipulation of attendance and assessment records is strictly prohibited.

7. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are governed by the applicable Refund Policy . Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are not refundable once the training program has commenced. Where a program is cancelled by the institute, eligible students may receive an alternative batch, service credit, or refund as determined by the institute.

8. Changes to Schedule or Curriculum

  • The institute may modify class schedules, trainers, delivery methods, curriculum, assignments, tools, projects, or course structure when reasonably necessary.
  • Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.

9. Certification

  • Certificates may be issued only after successful completion of attendance, assignments, assessments, projects, fee obligations, and other applicable requirements.
  • Certification-examination fees charged by external bodies are not included unless specifically stated.
  • The institute may withhold certificates when fees, assignments, assessments, or disciplinary matters remain unresolved.

10. Liability

  • Students participate in training, assessments, projects, interviews, and practical activities at their own responsibility.
  • The institute is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in a program, subject to applicable law.
  • The institute is not responsible for loss of personal devices, belongings, files, data, or credentials.

11. Termination of Enrollment

  • Enrollment may be suspended or terminated for misconduct, non-payment, repeated absence, cheating, misuse of platforms, violation of confidentiality, or breach of these terms.
  • Termination resulting from a student’s violation may occur without refund.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
  • Student information may be used for enrollment, administration, communication, learning, assessment, certification, internship, placement assistance, reporting, and service improvement.
  • Where assessment security is enabled, students may be required to provide webcam access, screen-sharing access, browser information, device information, IP address, and related proctoring data.
  • Moltres Innovations uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect learner and candidate information.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
  • Subject to applicable law, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Telangana, India.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • The institute may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, policies, technology, operations, or legal requirements.
  • Updated terms will become effective from the date shown on this page.

15. Equipment and Technology Requirements

  • Students are responsible for maintaining suitable hardware, software, webcam, microphone, electricity, and internet connectivity required for the program.
  • Specific technical requirements may be communicated for online classes, coding exercises, assessments, or proctored tests.
  • Technical failure on the student’s side does not automatically create eligibility for a refund or assessment retake.

16. Confidentiality

  • Students must not disclose confidential information obtained during training, internships, projects, client interactions, or assessments.
  • Confidential information may include source code, business information, credentials, internal documents, client data, assessment questions, and project materials.

17. Feedback and Evaluation

  • Students may be requested to provide course, trainer, platform, and service feedback.
  • Feedback may be used for service improvement, quality review, internal analysis, and promotional purposes with appropriate authorization where required.
  • Evaluation criteria may include attendance, assignments, projects, assessments, behavior, technical performance, and participation.

18. Communication Channels

  • Official communication may be made through email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, the LMS, AccessPro, student portals, or other approved channels.
  • Students are responsible for regularly checking official communication and keeping their contact information updated.

19. Extension and Make-up Classes

  • Make-up classes, recordings, additional sessions, or extensions may be offered at the institute’s discretion.
  • Requests must be supported by a valid reason and submitted within the period specified by the institute.
  • Approval is not automatic and may depend on trainer availability, batch schedule, and course structure.

20. Termination or Cancellation of a Training Program

  • The institute may cancel, postpone, merge, reschedule, or terminate a program due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, technical issues, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Where appropriate, an alternative batch, revised schedule, service credit, or eligible refund may be offered.

21. Force Majeure

  • The institute is not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
  • Such events may include natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, war, civil disturbance, internet outages, power failures, strikes, transport disruption, or cloud-service failure.

22. Alumni Network

  • Eligible graduates may be invited to join the institute’s alumni network.
  • Alumni benefits may include networking opportunities, career updates, workshops, community events, and learning support.

23. Complaints and Grievances

  • Students may submit complaints or grievances through the official support or management channels.
  • Complaints should include complete information and supporting evidence where applicable.
  • The institute will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve complaints fairly and within an appropriate period.

24. Non-Discrimination Policy

  • The institute does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, disability, caste, nationality, or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
  • Professional conduct and equal respect are expected from all students, staff, trainers, and participants.

25. Insurance and Personal Belongings

  • Students are responsible for their personal belongings, devices, vehicles, and property.
  • Students may obtain suitable personal insurance where they consider it necessary.

26. Internship and Placement Assistance

Moltres Innovations may provide internship support, interview preparation, job referrals, placement assistance, career guidance, employer connections, or recruitment opportunities. Employment, salary, role, location, and final selection are determined by the hiring organization. Placement assistance does not constitute a guaranteed job offer unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.

27. Withdrawal Policy

  • Students wishing to withdraw must submit a written request through the official communication channel.
  • Withdrawal does not automatically create eligibility for a refund.
  • Any refund, credit, transfer, or settlement will be decided according to the applicable Refund Policy and written agreement.

28. Professional Development Opportunities

  • The institute may provide optional workshops, seminars, hackathons, career sessions, assessments, certifications, or advanced learning opportunities.
  • Additional fees or eligibility conditions may apply.

29. Conduct During Practical Sessions

  • Students must use software, systems, labs, cloud resources, devices, and equipment responsibly.
  • Unauthorized access, malicious code, hacking attempts, data theft, account sharing, or misuse of infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
  • Damage caused through negligence or intentional misuse may result in disciplinary action and recovery of costs.

30. Continuing Education

  • Graduates may be offered advanced courses, workshops, refresher sessions, or continuing-education opportunities.
  • Participation may be subject to separate registration, fees, and terms.

31. Social Media and Online Presence

  • Students must not publish false, defamatory, confidential, abusive, or misleading content relating to the institute, trainers, clients, staff, or fellow students.
  • Unauthorized use of company names, logos, certificates, trademarks, recordings, photographs, or branding is prohibited.
  • Nothing in this clause prevents students from raising genuine concerns through lawful and appropriate channels.

32. Updates to Course Content

  • Course content, tools, frameworks, programming languages, platforms, assessments, and projects may be updated to reflect industry requirements and technological changes.
  • Such updates may be introduced without creating an entitlement to a refund.

User Acceptance

By registering, enrolling, making payment, attending classes, accessing the LMS, using AccessPro, participating in assessments, or receiving any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
